I'm so happy to have taken this service of Florida Shuttle Transportation . I don't understand the bad reviews, because my friends that recommended this service as well as my own experience has been excellent. Quit it with the complaining people. I love Florida Shuttle Transportation. Best SERVICE ever...

0 I have used the shuttle twice cant say not anything not good. Mybe because my expectation is high for them. Hopely if wont happened to me because I plan on using there service more
0 DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE! They cancelled my shuttle by texting me at 11:30 p.m. for a shuttle that I was scheduled for at 8:45 a.m. the next day. They told me that they have vehicle problems but if they were a reputable company they would have a "Plan B" if they had problems. The real reason is that they probably didn't have enough people to justify the shuttle service from Fort Myers to Miami. I tried several times to call them to get to the bottom of it and somehow we were disconnected... EVERY TIME I CALLED! So, unless you are willing to have your shuttle cancelled at the last minute, DO NOT USE THEM. Also, I have not yet been able to contact them to get reimbursement.
